Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any nose studs, nose rings or earrings unless the item is faulty. We take the utmost care to ensure all products are delivered in perfect condihave received a faulty item, please contact our customer service team 7 days of receiving your order. We may require proof of the fault, such as photos or detailed descriptions, to process your request. Faulty items may be replaced or refunded at our discretion, subject to further evaluation.
